Bank a Bed offers you a unique opportunity to turn your empty beds during downtime into valuable holiday credits.
Bank a Bed is an International Accommodation Exchange Network aimed at benefiting owners of Bed & Breakfasts and other hospitality establishments by providing them with the opportunity of exchanging their empty rooms during downtimes for valuable holiday credits which can be used at a destination of their choice.
How it Works
In exchange for free accommodation in your B&B, Guest House or similar accommodation, Bank a Bed will allocate credits for every room night given, which you can use for yourself or friends at any of the other members of Bank a Bed whenever you feel like you need a vacation. You get as many wonderful room nights as you desire, at a destination of your choice and at the time of year that you choose. Many people offer family accommodation also chalets and Bungalows sometimes sleeping 4 to 6 people, this would still equate to one room night!
What it Costs
You are given 7 free room nights = 7 credits on registration, so you can start exchanging immediately! The value is approximately R6000-00 to R8000-00 depending on your star rating
To become a member of Bank a Bed is R 960-00 per annum plus vat… No other costs, no booking fees, no levies and no commission.
You only have to commit one of your rooms for 12 nights, that is one room night a month to a fellow member free of charge and for this you receive 12 credits, which you can use where and when you choose.
