Upon submission of the registration form, you are liable to pay the first years subscription fee. We will provide you with a tax invoice which includes our banking details. Your login details will be sent to the e-mail address you have provided with your registration once we have received proof of payment.
If you wish to speed up your registration, you may pay the subscription fee into the following bank account upon registration and fax proof of payment to +27 (0) 21 556 7806.

We will provide you with your login details within less than 24 hours.
Your subscription will not be automatically renewed. You will receive one month prior to expiry of your subscription a reminder. If you wish not to renew your subscription, your account will be closed and all personal information deleted from our system.
The Listing Manager is provided in good faith. Although we have made all efforts to provide up to date and accurate information, we will not accept any liability whatsoever for errors and omissions.
Your data is protected by your username & password and can only be accessed by yourself. We advice you not to pass on your login details to any one else. Please note that we will not provide any login details via telephone or to any other e-mail address than the registered e-mail address. We might contact you via telephone to confirm that you have requested your login details.
Although all data is regular backed up and we strive to achieve highest possible up time, we will not accept any liability whatsoever for lost data or any server downtime.
You may not copy, distribute or make available to third parties any of the content of the Listing Manager.
As part of the Listing Manager, we are providing you with a functionality that allows you to send e-mail requests to one or more portals at the same time. Please use this functionality with care. If we receive spam complaints, we have no other option than to deactivate this feature for your account.
We reserve the right to suspend an account at any time should we suspect any abuse or violation of these terms & conditions.
Although we are sure that the Listing Manager will be a valuable tool for your marketing activities and will save you time and money, like it did for many other establishments, your improvement ideas and suggestions are welcome at any time.
